Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy In an effort to better serve each client, Summer's Beauti Lounge has a cancellation policy, tardiness policy, and no-show policy. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours prior to your appointment without penalty. Cancellation policy: If you need to cancel your appointment, we request 24-hour notice. Any cancellation or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will be equal to 100% of the reserved services. Tardiness policy: There is a 10-minute late grace period. Anything after that will be considered a no show and result in a cancellation fee. We accommodate if we can, please always remain in contact with your provider. Cancellation fees are required to be paid in full before scheduling a new appointment.
